NAI Commercial est fier d’avoir commandité la onzième édition du Sommet de l'immobilier de Montréal ayant eu lieu du 23 au 25 mars 2009 au Fairmont Le Reine Élizabeth. La conférence, réunissant les grands de l’immobilier, présentait à ses participants diverses perspectives sur le marché actuel et sur son évolution, du point de vue des investisseurs, des propriétaires, des utilisateurs et des prêteurs. Notre bureau de Montréal y fut bien représenté par plusieurs de nos agents dont Paul-Éric Poitras, Francois Paquin, Richard Sauvé, Shlomo Benarroch, Benoit Jacques et Jacques Gauthier.
Cet événement annuel se concentre sur les défis et les occasions auxquels font face les chefs d’entreprises immobilières, les courtiers, les promoteurs et les autres professionnels œuvrant en investissement, en gestion, en location, en financement et en marketing d’immeubles à bureaux et industriels ainsi que du commerce au détail.
Dans le cadre de la Conférence sur la location immobilière de Montréal, le mardi 24 mars 2009, une présentation sur les stratégies, les enjeux, les pratiques et les tendances du marché de la location immobilière a été donnée par Paul-Éric Poitras. NAI Commercial is proud to have sponsored the 11th edition of the Montreal Real Estate Forum, held from March 23 to March 25, 2009, at the Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth. The conference brought together major players in the real estate field and presented its participants with a range of views on the current market situation and its likely evolution, from the perspective of investors, property owners, users and lenders. Our Montreal office was well represented by a number of our agents including Paul-Éric Poitras, Francois Paquin, Richard Sauvé, Shlomo Benarroch, Benoit Jacques and Jacques Gauthier.
This annual event focuses on the challenges and opportunities facing asset managers in the real estate sector, as well as brokers, promoters and other professionals working in investment, management, rental, financing and marketing of office, industrial and retail space.
On Tuesday March 24, 2009, within the scope of the Montreal Real Estate Leasing Conference, Paul-Éric Poitras gave a presentation on strategies, issues, practices and trends in the real estate leasing market.
